HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Delivery usually takes 28 to 35 days. In some cases it might take a little longer due to further processing in Customs if its applicable in your country or state. Anyway this should not take any more than 55 days.
If you don't receive your ordered products within 55 to 60 days from the date of your purchase, you are automatically eligible for a refund.
You can contact us anytime through email at sales@ocean-obsessions.com to get updates about your order or to ask for a refund.
For any situation like Pandemic or Worldwide Lock-down due to some unavoidable circumstances you have to allow us 60 Days to refund your order.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO WE USE?
Our first preference is e Packet but, depending on the weight and size of the product we may choose a different service.
DO WE PROVIDE TRACKING INFO?
Yes, we do. We will provide you with the tracking codes via email once your packages are shipped. It usually takes us 2-3 business days to process and ship the products ordered.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any Customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
